PackNGo connects customers with stores and delivery personnel to facilitate the purchase and delivery of goods. The platform does not directly sell or deliver products but acts as an intermediary.

4. User Responsibilities

Admin

• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with platform policies.
• Reserves the right to remove or block any user violating these terms.

Stores

• Must ensure accurate product listings, availability, and timely updates.
• Agree to fulfill orders promptly and maintain quality standards.

Customers

• Must provide accurate order details and delivery information.
• Responsible for paying all applicable charges, including taxes and delivery fees.

Deliverymen

• Agree to handle goods with care and deliver orders on time.
• Must comply with traffic and safety regulations.

5. Order Cancellations

• Admin: Reserves the right to cancel orders due to policy violations, system errors, or suspected fraud.
• Store: May cancel orders due to stock unavailability or incorrect order details.
• Customer: Can cancel orders before dispatch. Refund policies may apply.
• Deliveryman: May return or cancel orders due to safety concerns or customer unavailability.

6. Payments and Refunds

• Payment processing is handled through secure third-party services.
• Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

• PackNGo is not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by stores or delivery personnel.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of store listings or product descriptions.

• All content on PackNGo, including logos, designs, and text, is the property of PackNGo and protected by copyright laws.
• Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior permission.
